Camping Terms and Conditions

  1. Parents must supervise their children at all times whilst on the site especially around the shower block and washing up area. Extra care should be taken with the kettle and the microwave, both of which could cause severe burns if used incorrectly.
  2. Please observe the campsite speed limit, which is 5mph throughout the site.
  3. Quiet hours are between 10.30pm and 7am. No vehicle movements during these times. Music players/radios must be kept to a reasonable volume and switched off by 10pm.
  4. Dogs are welcome at a maximum of 2 dogs per pitch. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and must not be left unattended. You must clean up immediately after your dog and dispose in the bins provided.
  5. Barbeques are permitted if raised off the ground to protect the grass. No other open fires are allowed.
  6. Please leave a minimum distance of 4 metres between yourselves and your neighbours when pitching your tent.
  7. Waste must be disposed of in the appropriate bins.
  8. We do not accept responsibility for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party, vehicle or possessions.
  9. Campers agree not to cause any damage during their stay. All damage must be paid for immediately.
  10. These rules are for the benefit of everyone. Anyone who ignores or abuses them will be asked to leave and no refund given.
  11. There will be no refunds given for early departure for any reason.
  12. Stag and hen parties will not be permitted. For bookings over 10 people (on multiple pitches). Please email camping@meadsfarm.co.uk for prior approval.
  13. We accept bookings from members of the Caravan and Camping Club.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Bookings cannot be amended, moved or cancelled within 28 days of arrival. No refunds will be given.
  2. There will be no refunds given for early departure for any reason whatsoever.
  3. If you do not abide by our rules you may be asked to leave and no refunds will be given. For full details please see our terms and conditions.
  4. We reserve the right to cancel bookings for reasons deemed necessary by the management. We cannot give refunds or move bookings because of poor weather. We are not liable for refunds or expenses you incur in the event we are prevented from fulfilling your booking as a result or circumstances beyond our control. Including (but not be limited to) war, terrorism, riots or civil unrest, industrial action, flooding, natural disaster, epidemics, health risks or such similar events (“Force Majeure”). We recommend that you have adequate holiday insurance in place to cover this.
